We started working with Brandon in the summer of this year, just as the GTA real estate market started to get extremely confusing. We were two clueless first time home buyers with a budget, but no real sense of what we could do with it. Over the summer, he helped us navigate the market. He was always quick to respond to our many questions, answering texts and phone calls at all hours of the day. He arranged several viewings with us, and was tremendously helpful at all of them, going over the properties with a fine tooth comb, making suggestions for future upgrades and pointing out any issues he could find, big or small. We ended up putting in a few offers for properties over this time. Brandon was always realistic with us about our chances, and most importantly: was never pushy about us upping our offers, never suggested we go over our budget if we weren't comfortable, or tried to stop us from backing out if we didn't want to send a higher offer. After a few months we found a property we liked, and he helped us negotiate an offer we and the sellers were happy with. After that was accepted, Brandon remained available to help us navigate the murky waters of mortgage approval, spending plenty of time on the phone with us, and making sure we didn't panic when things got confusing. We get the keys tomorrow, and are very happy with our purchase. He helped us find a home with more space than we expected we could afford, in a nice neighborhood close to the amenities we needed, and under budget. All in all, we had a great experience with Brandon and would highly recommend his services.

Brandon consistently strives to help educate you on market trends and best-practices for home ownership. He brings forth over 15 years of experience to the table and having watched his mom work in Real Estate while growing up, hes thoroughly observed the Canadian market for far longer and has strong insights to share. Brandon steers you clear of thorns within the market, helps you recognize what youre truly looking for and even keeps you on track when you go astray! Hes not just your agent, hes your guru. From the moment we had our first phone call with Brandon, we knew we wanted - nay needed - to work with him. He took the time to share everything we needed to know about what we were getting into, what questions to ask our lawyer based on our situation, gave us an estimated timeline for the search, and walked us through next steps. All of this on a Saturday afternoon, for 2 hours. From day one, he provided us with some excellent tools to be successful in our search for our dream home, including a comprehensive list of contacts he recommends. While theres no obligation to work with any of these individuals and Brandon makes zero commission off of these referrals, it was handy to have in our back pocket, especially since many of these contacts are tried and true by Brandons own clients! At every step of the way Brandon stayed real. He offered sound guidance and advice and truly helped us make the best decision for ourselves. He took the time to listen to our concerns, hear out exactly what we needed from the home we were living in, set up appointments in an extremely timely manner, shared observations during visits and made the entire process such a pleasant experience.
